Welcome to PropertyPath, Uganda’s leading real estate platform. By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms. Operated by YM PropertyPath SMC Ltd., Kampala, Uganda.
2. Eligibility
- Must be 18+ to use the platform.
- Must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to deny service for non-compliance.
3. Account Registration
- Create an account for full access.
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
- Report unauthorized use immediately.
4. Services
- Property Listings (rentals/sales).
- Premium Subscriptions (starting at 5,000 UGX/month).
- Property Management Tools.
- Real Estate Investment Support.
5. User Responsibilities
- Tenants: Use responsibly and respect terms.
- Landlords: Provide accurate property info.
- Agents: Act ethically and transparently.
- All Users: No spam, false listings, or harassment.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments in UGX via Mobile Money, cards, or cash.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Rental payments handled off-platform unless stated.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content is owned by PropertyPath or licensors.
- No copying or redistribution without permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
- No false, misleading, or illegal content.
- No fraud or unlawful use.
- No hacking or bypassing security.
- No violations of law or third-party rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for user disputes or property issues.
- Platform is provided "as is."
- Liability is limited to service fees paid.
10. Termination
- Accounts may be terminated for violations.
- Users may close accounts; settle dues first.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ugandan law. Disputes are resolved in Kampala courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
